Stephen Wilcox from Final Form Studios recently sat down with Sandra Kawar, an accomplished filmmaker with over 14 years of experience in the industry. She has also served as a judge at two Academy Qualifying Film Festivals and participated as a judge at the acclaimed Emmy Awards.

Kawar's experience as a keen planner and visionary has led her to work remotely at the Academy of International Extended Reality (AIXR), the world's No. 1 extended reality organization. There, she served as a project manager and an art director for the VR Awards, leading all aspects of the project from ideation to execution within strict timelines and budgets. Her excellence in directing with high-performing cross-functional teams, leading actors and crew members, and sharing creative inputs and specifications has earned her recognition and acclaim in the industry.
